Method:
Khaike paan banaras wala:
Grind beetle leaves and gulkand and fennel seeds in a grinder and make a thick paste of it.you can add a little water to it .Now mix this paste with milk and add some ice cubes to it. Take shot glasses .Rub little lime to its rim.and dip it in coloured saunf for garnishing.put some chopped kiwis at the bottom of the glasses .put paan mixer into the glasses now, sprinkle some powdered saunf on the top and serve it as dessert shots.
*Don’t forget to cater for some extra servings coz you will have people asking for more.
**For variation you can add soda and vodka also to the concentrate instead of milk.
