Method:
Paneeri Story
Boil onions in a pan and make a paste out of it once it cools down.
Take ghee in a pan ,saute ginger paste in it.
Add onion paste and cook for a minute(we need not to saute it well like other Indian masalas as it is already boiled).
Add paste of melon seeds to it and saute little.
Add salt and white pepper.
Add milk slowly on a very low flame.
Add Paneer immediately and cook it for a minute (Don't overcook it otherwise the milk will start curdling).
Sprinkle some cashew nuts or melon seeds for garnishing and serve.
