Basa fillet-2(cut into 4 pieces)
chopped garlic-2 tsp
coriander leaves
salt and pepper-as per taste
red chilly flakes
lime juice-4tsp
dry basil-1tsp
Broccoli-1 cup
carrot -half cup

Method:
Something Fishy:
Take 2 basa fillets and cut them into 4 square pieces.Marinate fish with garlic,2tsp lime juice, basil leaves, salt,pepper and red chilly flakes. Keep it for 3-4 hours. Take a grill pan and saute fish with butter in it. Keep adding butter to it slowly. This will give glaze to it. Now, for the grilled veggies cut broccoli,carrot and peas and keep it in boiled water for some time.Again in a grilled pan add some butter, diced onions and capsicum. Then slowly add other veggies to it. keep adding butter to it for glaze and crust .keep them aside. Take another pan,saute garlic until the colour turns to light brown.Add some spring onions and 2tsp of lime juice. cook it for 5 mins or until it thickens.add some cilantro for garnishing.Lemon butter sauce is ready.Now take a platter spread fish fillet on it and pour lemon butter sauce over it.Serve immediately with sauté veggies
