Ingredients:

basa fillets-3
refined flour-1/2 cup
cornflour-1/4 cup
baking soda-1/2 tsp
garlic-chopped 1 tbsp
ginger-chopped 1 tbsp
soya sauce-1 tbsp
chilli sauce-2 tbsp
spring onion stalks-(chopped) 4-5
capsicum-(diced) 1
salt and pepper

Method:

Little Zing:

cut fillets into medium cubes.add salt pepper,lemon juice and rub on the fish cubes.marinate for half an hour.mix flour,cornflour,salt pepper and a pinch of baking soda on a bowl. Add water to make smooth batter. Dip marinated fish cubes in the batter and deep-fry until golden drain on a paper. Add 1 tsp oil in a pan . saute garlic. Add diced onions toit. Add capsicum and saute little. Add 2tsp of chilli sauce and soya sauce. Mix it well by adding little water. Add salt and pepper to it. Add chopped onion stalk and toss well. Add fried fish cubes and toss well to mix it . serve hot.
