Heat ghee in a kadahi.Roast besan in it on a slow flame stirring continously.Keep roasting till it starts leaving ghee and gives a nice aroma. Roast it on low flame only or it will change the colour soon and will not be roasted properly and will stick to your throat while eating.Roast it for half an hour approximately. Now switch off the flame and remove it from gas .Add sugar and cardamom powder to it.Grind cardamom with the sugar only ,otherwise quantity is too less to grind separately.Add chopped nuts to it. Mix well and make ladoos while mixture is hot.If you are not been able to make ladoos with the hot mixture. Let it cool down ,sprinkle little milk and then make laddoos.
