Watermelon cups

Ingredients:

Watermelon – 1

Hung curd – 1 cup

Paneer -200 gm

Green Chilly – 1

Garlic – 7-8 cloves

Oregano – 2 tsp

Method:

Refreshing summer snacks

Take hungcurd, Paneer, green chilli and garlic in a blender and blend it into thick paste. Take watermelon and cut it into cubes. Scoop out little leaving someplace to fill the mixture in it put 1 tsp of curd paneer mixture in it. Sprinkle oregano on top and serve it. It is quick and easy to make and very refreshing in summers.
