Ingredients:

Plain flour-1cup
Baking soda -a pinch
Salt-1/4tsp
Butter-80gms
Chilled water-4-5tbsp

Filling:

Cooked corn-1/2cup
Capsicum-1
Onion-1(finely chopped)
French beans-1/4cup
Carrot-1
Cheese-1/2cup(grated)
Salt n pepper
Butter-2tsp

Method:

Sift flour and baking soda.Add butter and salt to it. Rub butter well with flour using hands. Add enough water to it to make dough.keep it little tight only. Now cover it and keep aside for 15-20 mins. Now slightly oil tart tins. Make small round discs of the dough and set inside tart moulds pressing slightly with thumbs. Prick with fork all over.now preheat oven at 180c. And prepare filling. Heat butter in a pan and sauté all vegetables in it . Add salt and pepper. Add cheese once it cools down. Fill all the moulds with these vegetables. Bake at 180c for 25 mins. Remove from the mould once it cools down.
