Ingredients:

Plain flour – ¾ cup
Milk – 1 cup (app)
Salt – a pinch
Baking powder – ¼ tbsp

Filling

Onions – 2 (Finely chopped)
Tofu – 1 cup (grated)
Cabbage – 4 tbsp (finely chokred)
Green Chilli – 1 (chopped)
Salt and pepper

Sauce

Milk – 2 cups
Flour – 2 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Cheere – ½ cup (grated)

Method:

Sift maida, baking powder, salt & pepper. Add milk and beat it to pouring consistency. Make 4-5 thin pancakes with this batter.

now take oil in a pan and sauté onions and green chilli. Add tofu and cabbage, cook for 2 mins.

Add salt & pepper and keep it aside. Now take a pancake spread this mixture on a side and roll it nicely. Cut the ends and cut the roll also into half, arrange these rolls in a dish.

Now take another pan and heat butter and add flour. Add milk and stir continuously till it boils, add salt & pepper to it spread this sauce on the rolls.

Grate cheese on top and Bake at 200* C to 10-12 mins.
