Ingredients:

Flax seeds-1/2cup
Chia seeds-1/2cup
Oats-1/2cup(Roasted)
Pumpkin seeds -1/2cup
Sunflower seeds-1/2cups
Dates-1/2cup(chopped)
Prunes- 1/3cup
Honey -1/3cup
Butter- 1tsp

Method:

Preheat oven at 350F. Line a glass dish with prachment paper. Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Heat butter in a pan. Add honey to it. Stir well and add all other ingredients and mix until thoroughly coated with butter and honey. Put the mixture in a glass dish and press it with a spatula. Bake it for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool. After that Keep it in refrigerator to set for half an hour and cut it into bars.
