Ingredients:

Mirchi-6-7
Besan-1cup
Rai-1tsp
Hing-1tsp
Salt-2tsp
Red chilli powder-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Jeera powder-1tsp
Amchoor -1tsp
Curd-3-4tsp
Oil for frying

Method:

Wash and dry green chillies. Remove seeds by making a slit. Now rub little salt inside and keep it aside. Now heat oil. Add mustard seeds n let it crackle. Add besan to it and roast it for almost 10 mins at slow flame. Add salt , red chilli powder, hing, turmeric, jeera powder and anchor to it. Mix well. Let it cool down for some time. Add curd to it to bind the powder. Now stuff this in the chillies nicely. Take some oil and shallow fry it or you can air fry it . I have used air fryer for this.use it as accompaniment with your lunch or dinner.
