Method:
In a large pitcher mix lime juice,orange juice,red wine and ginger ale . Add orange slices and pomegranate to it . Let it stay for 2-3 hrs. Take some chopped apples n add little lime juice to it(otherwise it will turn black). Add it while serving. If you want sangria fizzy add soda just before serving.
Stir fry chicken:
Ingredients:
Chicken -250gms (cut into cubes)
Mix veg-1cup(capsicum, broccoli, cauliflower, beans)
Corn flour-1tsp
Soya sauce -2tsp
Fish sauce-1tsp(optional)
Vinegar-1tsp
Sesame oil-3tsp
Chicken stock-1cup
Crushed peanuts
Salt n pepper
Steamed rice-1cup
Method:
Take a bowl n mix chicken with soya sauce , salt & pepper and corn flour. Keep it for half an hour.now ,Take some oil and sauté all vegetables in it.. Add salt n pepper as per your taste. Keep them aside. Now put some more oil and stir fry chicken in it for 7-8 mins. Add chicken stock n let it be little slurry. Add some veggies to it. Add fish sauce . Serve hot on a bed of rice.sprinkle crushed peanuts over it.
