Spice crusted paneer

Ingredients:

Paneer-250gms (cut into 1″ cubes)
Corriander chutney-1/2cup
Chilli flakes-1tsp
Corriander seeds-1tsp
Cumin seeds-1tsp
Fennel seeds-1tsp
Sesame seeds-1tsp
Nigella seeds-1tsp

Method:

Spice crusted paneer-A quick party pleaser

Marinate cubed paneer in green chutney for half an hour. Coat each side of the paneer well with that chutney.

. Roast all spices in a pan and crush them coarsely in a mixer.

Insert a toothpick in marinated paneer and dip them in spice mixture. Coat well with spices.

Arrange them on a baking tray lined with foil and roast them in a preheated oven for 10 mins. Serve immediately with any sauce of your choice.
