Ingredients:

Minced Chicken – 250 gms

Jowar-1/4cup
Besan -1/4cup
Onion -1(finely chopped)
Green chilli-1(finely chopped)
Sendha namak
Coriander leaves
Water as required

Sorghum or jowar cheela is a nutritious breakfast with healthy combination of jowar and besan.I have added overnight soaked methi ,kalonji and sesame seeds to it along with other spices. Sesame seeds is a good source of fibre. Methi helps in controlling appetite and kalonji seeds are packed with antioxidants and helps in protecting liver.
Mix all the ingredients well and add water till the time mixture is of pouring consistency. Take a non stick pan . Heat it and spread it on tawa in circular motions. Sprinkle some ghee and change the side. Cook till done.
Serve hot along with curry patta chutney.
