Ingredients:

Semolina- 1 cup
Soda bicarb- 1/2 tsp
Frozen peas – 40 GMs
Chopped onions – 2 tbsp
Carrot (grated) – 1 small
Fresh beans (chopped) – a handful
Yoghurt – 125 ml
Water – 125 ml
Oil – 3 tbsp
Ginger paste -8 GMs
Green chillies – 2(finely chopped )
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds – 1 tsp

Method:

Healthy Breakfast..

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degree C and oil a loaf tin.
2. Mix together the semolina , yoghurt , water , vegetables , ginger , chilli , spices and salt . Taste and adjust if necessary.
3.heat the oil in a small saucepan. Add the seeds and cook for 30 secs or until the mustard seeds have popped and cumin is aromatic.
4. Stir into the batter which should be of a medium thick consistency . If not , add a little water.
5. Lastly add the soda bi carb and pour the batter into the tin immediately.
6. Bake for 35-40 mins or till done.
