Saucy and sassy

Ingredients:

Keema – ½ kg
Garlic cloves – 3-4 (Crushed).
Rosemary – ¼ tsp
Thyme – ¼ tsp
Egg – 1
Balsamic vinegar- ½ cup
Honey – ¼ cup
Ketchup – ½ cup
Brown sugar-1/2cup
Quinoa-1/3cup
Worcester sauce-2tbsp

Method:

BBQ Meatballs

Combine balsamic vinegar, honey, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt & pepper in a saucepan and bring it to boil.lower the heat and let it simmer until it thickens. Take another pan and cook 1/3 cup quinoa in 2/3 cup of water. Let it cool down and combine it with 1 egg, small onion, garlic and salt & pepper and dried thyme and rosemary to it. Add keema and mix it well using hands. Form small size meat balls using this mix and deep fry it. Finally add these balls to Honey Balsamic BBQ sauce. Stir it well and enjoy these tangy snacks.
