Ragi Dosa with onion pachadi

Ingredients:

Ragiflour – 1cup
Urad dal – ½ cup

For pachadi :-

Red chillies – 3-4
Onions – 2 (Sliced)
Garlic – 3-4 cloues)
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Chana Dal – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 5-6
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp

Method:

Soak Urad Dal for 3-4 hours and grind it well.
Let is stay overnight or for 5-6 hours.
Mix 1 cup Ragi flour in it and make it to the flowing consistency by adding water.
Now Make dosas full of nutrients.
Serve it with Onion Pachadi or idli milagai podi.

For Onion Pachadi :-

Dry roast Chana Dal & Urad Dal in a Pan. Keep it aside. Take little oil in a Kadahi. Add mustard seeds to it. Once it starts spluttering add curry leaves, Red chillies, garlic and onions and salt to it. Let it cool down. Grind it and enjoy your morning breakfast.
