Preheat oven to 180c.take a round cake dish. Grease and dust it nicely.spread jaggery in the dish randomly.Arrange pineapple slices on it.keep it aside.take a deep bowl. Beat eggs , sugar and butter , salt in it untill fluffy n creamy.sift flour and baking powder in a pan.mix it gently with egg mixture.pour this mixture over pineapples . Bake it for 40 mins.take it out once done and let it cool down.pour pineapple juice over it with a spoon spreading evenly. Once it soaks juice invert it over a dish . Serve it plain or with whipped cream.
