Method:
Take a bowl and marinate chicken with lime juice , salt , turmeric powder and black pepper. Keep it aside for 10-15 mins.Heat coconut oil in a Kadahi.. Add sliced onions and green chilli in it . Sauté for 1-2 mins. Add chopped ginger and garlic. Sauté well . Let it turn golden brown. Add marinated chicken to it and sauté for sometime.Add salt , red chilli powder and Garam masala to it. Cover it and let it cook for some time. Keep on stirring in between . Add curry leaves . Now grind peppercorns and fennel seeds in a jar and add this powder to chicken. Mix well and roast it for sometime. Pepper fry chicken is ready . Serve it with roti or rice.
