Pav bhaji fondue

Ingredients:

Potatoes – 3 large
Cauliflower – 1 cup
Capsicum – 1/2 (chopped )
Green peas – 3/4 cup
Carrot – 1 cup
Pumpkin – 250 GMs
Butter – 100 GMs
Onions – 3-4(finely chopped )
Tomato purée – 1 cup
Green chilli – 1 (optional)
Salt – according to taste
Red chilly powder – according to taste
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Pav buns – 6 (app )
Coriander leaves
Cheese – 1/2 cup (grated )

Method:

Fusion Food

Boil potatoes , cauliflower, carrot and pumpkin in a pressure cooker . Mash them well or you can use a blender also . Take a separate pan and melt butter in it . Add ginger garlic paste and onions and fry them till they turn translucent . Add chopped capsicum and peas to it. Add tomatoes and sauté them till they turn soft . Add red chilly powder and Pav bhaji masala powder . Add mashed veggies to it . Pour little water to it to reduce thickness . Now add grated cheese to it and mix well till it melts . Transfer it in fondue pot . Top with butter and coriander and serve with toasted pav pieces .
