Method:
Marinate paneer with Gg paste, red chilli powder,turmeric and salt and keep aside for 30 mins.melt butter on a tawa or skillet or we can use a flat pan also.add ajwain for few seconds. Sauté chopped ginger garlic and green chilli and onions in it for 2-3 mins.then add red chilli powder , turmeric and Pav bhaji masala to it . Keep stirring the masala . Add chopped tomatoes and purée to it. In the mean time grill marinated paneer cubes on a tawa or a tandoor .we can add little water to masala if it is thick . Add grilled paneer to the masala and stir well so that masala costs the cubes evenly . Cook for 1-2 mins.add kasuri methi and sprinkle some lime juice. Garnish with some corriander leaves and serve with chapati and paranthas.
