Ingredients:

Oats-2cups
Sooji-1cup
Curd-1cup
Water-1cup or as required
Mix vegetables-2cups(finely chopped)
(Carrot,beans,onions)
ENO-1tsp

Method:

Dry roast sooji and oats separately for 2-3 mins over medium heat .Take a big mixing bowl add oats and sooji to it.add vegetables , curd and salt .mix throughout. Add water as required and mix inbetween.add eno and keep it aside for 10 mins.after 10 mins pour the batter into greased idli moulds and steam for 5-6 mins. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
