Ingredients:

Moongdal – 1 cup
Hing – ½ tsp
Chillies – 3
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Curd – ½ cup
Water – ½ tsp
Sugar – 1½ tsp
Coconut – 1 tsp
Baking soda – ½ tsp

Method:

Combine soaked moongdal atta and green chillies in a grinder using little water to make a paste of pouring consistency. Transfer the paste to a bowl. Add salt, hing, curd, soda to make a batter. Add water if batter is thick. Grease mugs with little oil using a brush. Pour the mix into the mugs. Fill it to half. Microwave it for 5minutes. For tampering, heat oil. Add mustard seeds and green chillies. Add ½ cup of water, and sugar & lime juice to it het it simmer for 2-3 mints. Pour it into mugs with a spoon sprinkle some grated coconut & coriander over it .
