Method:
Heat full cream milk in a heavy pan, when milk starts boiling, simmer the heat and let it cook on low heat till it is reduced to half. Add sugar and cardamom powder and cook until the milk thickens to ¼ of original quantity.keep stirring continuously.remove the rabri from heat and let it cool down. Crumble the ladoos and make a layer in shot glasses pour rabri on top garnish with dry fruits. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving and impress your guests.
