Moong dal chilla & koshimbir salad

Ingredients:

Dhuli moong-1/2cup
Ginger -1tsp
Green chilli-1
Onion-1(finely chopped)
Corriander leaves

Method:

A road to good health

Soak moong dal for 3-4 hours .
Drain water and grind it well. While grinding add ginger and green chilli to it.
Add little water if required. Grind it to pouring consistency.
Add chopped onion, corriander and salt to it.
Heat griddle.
Pour a ladle full of mixture on it.
Spread it slightly thin.
Cook on medium heat.
Serve it hot with green chutney.

koshimbir salad 🥗
Cucumber-1
Bell pepper-1/2each
Onion-1
Tomato-1
Tofu-100gms
Curry leaves-1sprig
Mustard seeds-1tsp
Green chilli-1
Groundnut powder-2tsp
Salt
Oil for frying

Method:
Cut all the veggies into cubes and mix well.for tampering..heat oil add mustard seeds to it . Once it starts crackling ,add curry leaves,green chilli to it. Add salt as per taste and add to salad bowl. Add 2tsp groundnut powder and mix well. Your health package is ready to eat.
