Mexican Chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken -300gms(cut into stripes)
Capsicum-1/2cup
Bell pepper-1/2cup
Tomato ketchup-2tsp
Garlic-6cloves(crushed)
Light soya sauce-2tsp
Salt and pepper
Onion powder-1tsp
Garlic powder-1 tsp
Sugar-1/2tsp

Method:

In a bowl , mix together chicken pieces, soya sauce , salt and pepper,onion and garlic powder and sugar. Marinate and keep aside for 1 hour.heat oil in a kadai . Add crushed garlic till brown. Add chicken and sauté it for 5 mins.cover and cook on low heat . Add onions .sauté little. Add bell peppers. Cook it till it s done . Finish with tomato ketchup and serve hot.
