Ingredients:

Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Tomotoes – 2 ( finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 tsp (gushed)
Garlic – 1 tsp
Green chillies – 1tsp
Pav bhaji masala – 2-3 tsp
Butter – 2 tsp
Water – 1/3 cup
Pav buns- 5-6 (sliced in halves)
Lime juice – 1 tsp

Method:

Slice the pav & keep aside. heat butter on a tawa & toast pav on it .heat oil in a flat pan and add butter to it .sauté ginger garlic in it .add onions and green chillies .Add finely chopped tomatoes and sauté on a low flame. Add degi mirch , pav bhaji masala & salt .stir all the masalas very well .add little water and let the masala simmer for some time untill it dries .Now spread this masala on pav evenly. Sprinkle some lime and chopped onions and serve with chutney.
