Method:
Heat oil in a large pan add mustard seeds , when they start to pop, add curry leaves. Add ginger and onions. Cook over low heat for 5 mints. Add chilli powder turmeric powder and coriander powder cooks all the spices for a minute. Add tomatoes. Let it cook for some time. Add coconut milk to it. Let it simmer for 10 mints. Add limejuice and brown sugar. Mix well. Add prawns to it and let it cook for 3-4 mints. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with rice.
