Lehsooni paneer

Ingredients:

Paneer – 250 Gms
Garlic – 2 tbsp
Kasoori methi -1 tsp
Onions – 2 (sliced )
Green chillies – 1 tsp (chopped )
Salt – to taste
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Curd – 1/2 cup
Flour – 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp

Method:

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds .once it starts cracking add garlic and green chilli. Sauté well.and chopped onions and sauté them for a minute till they lose raw smell . Now in a bowl mix flour and curd and whisk it well. Add this in pan and cook until it starts leaving oil .add salt , garam masala and turmeric powder . Add little water and let it boil. Add paneer and sprinkle Kastoori methi . Serve it with mirchi parantha .
