Method:
Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add cumin seeds. Sauté onions till golden . Add ginger garlic paste n green chillies to it.saute it for a minute. Add tomatoes and cook it till it gets mashed properly. Add boiled potatoes as Chana to it and mix well. Mash it little with a masher.
Now heat tawa n put little butter on it . Warm kulchas from both sides. Now cut it nicely from centre n form a pocket. Spread green chutney inside the pocket with a spoon. Fill chana mixture inside it and press it little. Serve warm .
