Khowsuey-one meal Burmese dish

Ingredients:

Chicken-500gms(cut into cubes)
Coconut milk-2cups
Onion-2(finely chopped)
Capsicum-1
Mushrooms-1/2cup(thinly sliced)
Garlic-2tsp
Ginger-1tsp
Chicken stock-2cups
Cumin powder-1tsp
Gram flour-2tbsp
Lime juice-1tsp
Salt&pepper
Egg-1-2(boiled)
Peanuts-1/2cup roasted
Coriander leaves
Burnt garlic-3tbsp(thinly sliced)
Spring onions-2(greens chopped)
Boiled noodles-500gms

Method:

Unforgettable flavour:

Heat 3tspvof oil in a pan. Add onions and sauté till soft.add ginger garlic and sauté well.add capsicum & mushrooms and cook for 1 min.Take another pan . Heat oil and add chicken to it. Let it cook for sometime.Add salt to it and mix it with vegetables.Add chicken stock to this mixture and let it boil. Take a bowl and put coconut milk in it. Add gram flour to it and mix well. Make sure no lumps are left. Add this to chicken mixture.let it cook for sometime untill curry thickens.Take boiled noodles in a serving bowl . Pour generous amount of curry on it.serve it with boiled eggs, roasted peanuts, burnt garlic and onion greens as shown in picture.

Serve immediately.
