Method:
Take a bowl and mash steamed Idlis with your hands or a masher. Add onions, green chilli, coriander leaves and chopped carrots to it. Add salt , pepper, cumin powder,chat masala to it and mix well.roll it into thin rolls or pipes. Deep fry it and serve hot. For serving- take shot glasses . Pour green chutney into it . Put idli rolls and serve hot.
