Wash and pat dry fish nicely.sprinkle salt and pepper on both the sides.heat oil in a skillet .mix honey,garlic and soy sauce and lime juice in a bowl.whisk well. Place the fillet in a heated pan and cook for a min on each side.keep it aside. Heat 1tsp oil in a wok . Sauté spring onions . Add sauce mixture in it. Sauté for a minute.add 1 cup water to it.let it boil.mix 1tsp of corn flour to 1/2cup water and mix it to the gravy. Keep stirring continuously. Add fillets to it . Cook it for a minute. Serve hot with rice and noodles.
