Homemade pita bread and humus

Ingredients:

Active dry yeast-2tsp
Flour-3cups
Salt-1tsp
Sugar-1/2tsp
Olive oil-2tsp
Warm water-1cup

Method:

Add water, yeast,sugar to a large bowl and stir to combine.Add 1/2cup flour to it. Whisk well.Allow it to sit for 15 mins. Add oliveoil , salt and rest of the flour. And knead well.Brush it with little oil and cover it with a wet kitchen towel. Allow it to stay overnight or at least 5-6 hours. Once it is doubled make balls of this flour and roll into discs of 1/4″ thickness. This will help it to form pockets. Heat oven at 220c and bake these discs. Cut into slices n serve hot with humus.
Ingredients for humus:

Chickpeas:

1cup
Garlic cloves-2-3
Lime juice-1/4 cup
Olive oil-2tbsp
Cumin powder-1/2tsp
Paprika powder-a pinch
Water-2tsp or as required

Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and churn it for a while. Keep adding water as required. For serving add a dash of paprika and drizzle some olive oil.
