Ingredients:

150gms cooking chocolate(broken into small pieces)
2-3tbsp almonds(chopped)
2tbsp walnuts(chopped)
3tbsp raisins (kishmish)

Method:

Spice crusted paneer-A quick party pleaser

Roast almonds and peanuts in a pan on very low heat, stirring continuously till it is light brown in color.
Do not make them dark.
Remove from pan as soon as they start to change the color.
Add raisins and mix well
Melt the chocolate on a double boiler.
Stir in the nuts and raisins.
With a spoon, drop rough heaps of the chocolate mixture onto a tray lined with aluminum foil, leave it in a cool place before taking it of a tray
Allow to dry for at least 3-4 hours.
Wrap in decorative foil
