Crunchy paneer

Ingredients:

Fresh paneer- ½ kg
Corriander chutney – ½ Cup
Corn flour – 2 tsp
Corn flakes – ½ cup
Oil for deep frying
Salt & pepper

Method:

Cut fresh paneer length wise into approximately 5” pieces. Leaving ½” from both sides make a slit from one side and with the help of back side of spoon. Insert green chutney in paneer. Take a small bowl. Mix cornflour in half cup of water. Add salt and pepper. Make a thick paste of it. Apply this paste onto paneer and roll it into crushed cornflakes well. Heat oil in a Kadai for deep frying. Fry these paneer pieces in it. Cut into two parts and serve with chutney of your choice.
