Crispy fried chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken drumsticks-5-6
Ginger garlic paste-2tsp
Red chilli powder -1tsp
Garam masala-1tsp
Salt-1tsp
Lime juice-2tsp
Eggs-2
Cornflour-1/2cup
Cornflakes-1cup
Oil for frying

Method:

Clean drumsticks nicely with water and marinate it with ggpaste , salt, red chilli powder, Garam masala, lime juice and keep it for 2-3 hours.whisk two eggs. Crush cornflakes and spread it in a plate. Take corn flour also in a plate. Dip each drumstick in egg and then roll it into cornflour again dip it in egg and roll it in cornflakes.

Heat oil for deep frying and fry each drumstick.your crispy flaky chicken is ready to eat.
