Classic:
Add all ingredients of sauce in a bowl and mix well. Keep it aside.heat oil in a skillet and sauté well. Keep stirring it. Add little more oil for shine . Cook it for app 4-5 mins.remove chicken from pan and add parboiled broccoli florets to it.once it is done add chicken back to same pan. Now add sauce to it and sauté for 3-4 mins untill the sauce coats chicken and veggies.add cashews in the end . Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds before serving.serve immediately.
• you can add other vegetables like mushrooms , carrots & babycorn also to it.
