Method:
In a pan heat 2 tbsp of butter and add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves peppercorns to it and fry for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste and fry. Add onions to it and fry until it turns pink in colour. Add all dry spice powders and sauté for a minute. Add chicken and sauté well. Add Kasoori methi. Add tomato puree and cook for another 2 mins. Add salt and sugar and adjust the taste. Cook till chicken is done. Lastly add cashew paste. Cook for 1 min. Top it with 1 tbsp butter. Serve hot with chapattis or naan.
