Boil milk in a pan . Add cheese , onions and seasoning. Stir well.slowly Add semolina in batches and keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps.now , add salt pepper and coriander leaves.keep stirring the mixture untill it reaches a thick consistency.set this mixture in a greased tray and press it gently with a spatula to give it even finish. Keep it aside for 1 hour. Then using a cookie cutter cut it into desired shape.heat oil in a pan and shallow fry cutlets untill brown and crisp. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
