Ingredients:

Carrots – 3 cups (grated)
Corriander – ¼ cup
Garlic – 2 cloves
Red lentil – 1 cup
Rolled oats – 1 cup
Limejuice – 3 tbsp
Tahini – 1/3 cup
Salt & paper –
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Paprika – 1 tsp

Method:

Steam grated carrots in microwave for 2-3 mins.simmer red lentils in pressure cooker with ½ cups of water. Add them to food processer alongwith oats, garlic, lime juice salt, & pepper combine it well. Scoop out the mixture in a bowl. Add cumin powder, paprika, coriander to it shapes it into small balls or cakes. Bake them at 180. C until they get golden brown . You can serve it on toast also. Drizzle it with garlic Tahini generously & rock your evening.
