Method:
Soak bajra in enough water over night. Pressure cook it with enough water for 5 whistles soak rice & dal for 5-6 hours. Drain well. Combine rice, dal in a glender to make a smooth paste. Transfer the batter into a deep bowl. Add bajra to it. Add green chilli and salt and mix well. Heat and grease a non stick pan. Pour 2 tbsp of batter and make a thick round circle. Sprinkle chopped onion & capsicum over it cook until it turn golden brown from both the sides. Serve immediately with chutney.
