Ingredients:

Wheat flour-1 1/2 cup
Khoya-1 cup
Desi ghee- 1 cup
Sugar-3/4 cup
Cashewnuts-10-12
Almonds- 10-12
Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
Milk to sprinkle- 1/2 cup

Method:

Take a big Kadhai and add 1 cup of pure ghee in it. Add wheat flour and cook it on slow heat for almost 30 minutes or till ghee starts leaving the sides and the aroma spreads in your kitchen.Keep stirring continuously. The color will change to light brown. Reduce flame and add khoya and sugar to it. Mix very well. Don’t forget to reduce the flame,otherwise sugar will Don’t forget to reduce the flame,otherwise sugar will harden the mixture. Turn off the gas and add almonds and cashew nuts to the mixture. Mix well and make even size balls of it. These balls can be a little loose but it will become firm after some time. You can only make balls when the mixture is hot, otherwise sprinkle a little milk on it and make laddoos. You can have it anytime of the day to satisfy your hunger pangs.
