Tandoori paneer

Ingredients:

Curd-1/2cup
Paneer-200gm
Red chilli paste-1tsp
Corriander powder-1/2tsp
Jeera powder-1tsp
Garam masala-1/2tsp
Chaat masala-1/2tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Roasted gram flour-2tsp
Lime juice-1tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil-2tbsp

Method:

Cut paneer into cubes. Add all spices in curd except chaat masala.Add1tsp oil to it.

Mix gently but coat paneer well with this mixture.leave it in the fridge for 30 mins. Heat tandoor for 2-3mins . And arrange marinated paneer on it. Spray little oil on it. And change the sides. I am using electric tandoor for roasting.

We can make it on a tawa also .Sprinkle chaat masala over it and serve hot.
