Crunchy & fudgey

Rakhi a festival of love and bond,is not complete without sweets. Today I am sharing a healthy sweet recipe for guilt free indulgence.

Ingredients: (makes20-25balls)

Puffed amaranth-50gms
Dark chocolate-250gms
Milk chocolate-250gms
Cinnamon powder-2tsp
Flax seeds powder-3-4tsp
Digestive biscuits-2pkts
Butter-100gm
Condensed milk-1tin
Cacao powder-3tsps

Method:

Powder digestive biscuits in a mixer. Now melt chocolates in a double boiler. Add butter and condensed milk to it once it comes to pouring consistency.now in a separate bowl mix this chocolate mixture to powdered biscuits, flaxseeds powder, amaranth and cacao powder.mix them well and form small balls with it or you can set it in a dish and cut into slices too.
